| Almost a decade after, Metal-lite Illuminazione Marketing has venture to another business offering middle-end to high-end mattresses and furniture named Ital Design Furniture Depot. It has three branches within Metro Manila and has expanded its network to SM’s Our Home, All Home and Designa Italia through the distribution of the premium mattress brand – Dunlopillo along with selected furniture items. The company is the exclusive distributor of Dunlopillo, which is recognized as the first latex mattress in the world earning multiple international awards and certifications. As a retail store, Ital Design Furniture Depot regularly conducts promos and discounts given its lavishly crafted furniture and high-quality mattresses to make elegant living affordable for its customers. |

Payment & Shipping
We accept payments through online and offline bank deposits, mobile payments (GCash & Paymaya). Personal and bank cheques and money order payments require a waiting period before your payment will arrive and can be processed before your order can be shipped.
For payments made via bank deposit, use your order number as a reference number when processing your payment. Please notify us via email at metallite.philippines@gmail.com when you have made your deposit so we can process your order.
Large volumes of items will be sent out through our in-house delivery service, while small items can be shipped out through third-party delivery companies, with shipping fee to be shouldered by the customer upon confirmation of payment.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery of items usually takes three (3) to five (5) business days. The faster you make your transaction, the faster you receive your order. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
You will be able to track your order through our platforms and receive relevant updates on its status via email.
Metal-lite Illuminazione Marketing is not liable to any late delivery, and the delivery time indicated is only based on guidelines. Unforeseen events, such as natural disasters can affect the expected delivery time. We ask for patience in times like this as we will do our best to deliver and update you.
The stated delivery times are only guidelines and Metal-lite Illuminazione Marketing is not liable for any failed deliveries per the said times. Aside from that, uncontrollable events, such as natural disasters, may affect your order's delivery time. During these times, please be patient, and we will do our best to update you on your purchase.
You can pick up your orders from our office at #516 EDSA Cor. Liberty Ave., Brgy. Socorro, Cubao, Quezon City. All payments should be made through online or bank deposit.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
As of the moment, we only ship locally. But we have run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Shipping is fee of charge is 800 if the delivery address is within Metro Manila

All of our products are covered with a one-year warranty. If you receive a damaged product, or it was damaged within the covered warranty period, you can bring it to our office at #516 EDSA Cor. Liberty Ave., Brgy. Socorro, Cubao, Quezon City. In order to return your product, you must provide the following:
- Actual product with packaging still intact
- Sales invoice of the said product

Warranties are non-transferrable.
Warranties are not extended.
In case your product/products were damaged during shipping, you may bring it to our office at #516 EDSA Cor. Liberty Ave., Brgy. Socorro, Cubao, Quezon Cityalong with the sales invoice. Please send us an email at metallite.edsa@gmail.com / metallite.philippines@gmail.com and wait for our reply before you return the damaged product/s.
All items are non-refundable.
